Heidi Nettrour, LISW, IADC, provides a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth. She specializes in treating adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique story.

Heidi’s journey toward behavioral health began early–inspired by a childhood book and strengthened by her experience as a high school peer helper. With years of experience in a variety of mental health care settings, she brings a wealth of insight to both therapy and intake coordination.

When not working, Heidi enjoys spending time with family and volunteering with animals.
