Treatments are administered in a comfortable setting within our clinic. During the procedure, patients are awake and relaxed. An applicator is placed by the technician in the correct position on the scalp. During treatment, individuals experience a gentle tapping or pulsing sensation.

Follow-Up Process

After assessment, if medications are initiated, you can expect to follow up at regular intervals with your psychiatric medication provider. These appointments typically last 20 minutes, and you’ll likely discuss topics related to psychiatric medications, mood changes, potential side effects, and changes to medical health. As this is a medical appointment, you’ll also see nursing staff for measurement of vital signs and updates to your chart.
